Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you need to request a return, please contact us before sending anything back so that we can guide you through the correct procedure.

Right of withdrawal

For eligible online purchases delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without giving a reason.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition, with original packaging, labels and any included accessories or documentation.

Items should be packed carefully. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene, practical or legal reasons, the following items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect:

  • custom-made or personalised products;
  • custom cushions made to the customer's specifications;
  • fabrics cut to order or supplied by the metre according to the customer's request;
  • wallpapers, coverings or materials supplied on special order, once opened or where supplied specifically for the customer;
  • made-to-order items, bespoke finishes or special requests;
  • items that have been used, installed, altered, washed or damaged after delivery.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will review the case and, where confirmed, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or return solution as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider.

For eligible returns, standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional premium delivery service chosen by the customer may not be refundable.

  • order number;

  • item to be returned;
  • reason for return, if you wish to provide it;
  • photographs, if the item is damaged or incorrect.
